Our Vacuum Truck fleet features:
70 BBL Scrubber Trucks
These carbon steel vacuum trucks are designed with built-on scrubber systems to reduce Volatile Organic Compounds during loading of products or waste containing VOCs.
130 BBL Vacuum Trucks
Outside of having a greater capacity than our 70 bbl. vacuum trucks, the 130bbl carbon steel vacuum trucks are used primarily to load and transport hazardous and non-hazardous liquids as well as slurries. These vacuum trucks do not come equipped with scrubbers.
*For liquids with heavy-laden VOCs, Shelton Services recommends using its Internal Combustion Engine System (ICE) while loading the vacuum truck. Utilizing this equipment in tandem can destroy >99% of VOCs. Thus, eliminating the need for disposal of scrubber chemicals and carbon.
This turn-key service can be performed with both 70 bbl and 130 bbl vacuum trucks.*
Liquid Ring Vacuum Trucks
Our Keith Huber Berringer Liquid Ring vacuum trucks are a safer solution for vacuuming hydrocarbons. The liquid ring pump eliminates friction and maintains low temperatures which reduces the risk of explosions. With an 1180 CFM Liquid Ring Pump and 3300-gallon tank, these units are capable of heavy vacuum suction while maintaining quiet operations.
